Denver Casino Party & Events produces turnkey casino night parties for corporate events, holiday celebrations, fundraisers, galas, and private socials across Colorado. We provide authentic casino-grade tables, professional (and friendly) dealers, custom layouts, delivery, setup/strike, and on-site management—so you can relax and play.
Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Poker (Texas Hold ’Em & Casino Hold ’Em), Three Card Poker, Money Wheel, and specialty tables on request. All tables are casino-grade with pro layouts, chips, and accessories.
From intimate groups of 40 to large events up to 1,000+ guests. We’ll recommend the right game mix, table count, and floor plan based on your headcount and goals.
This is a “fun casino” experience—no cash wagering. Guests play with fun money or chips, and you can award prizes or raffle entries. For fundraisers, we’ll guide you on popular formats (ticket bundles, sponsorships, auctions) so you remain compliant.
Yes—our professional, personable dealers are trained to teach newcomers and keep the tables moving. They’re great with mixed crowds and first-time players.
Greater Denver metro, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins / NoCo, and Colorado mountain resorts (Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Aspen). Ask about other locations—chances are we can get there.
Adequate floor space (we’ll provide a layout).
Standard power (15-amp circuits; we’ll specify per table if lighting or extras are added).
Load-in access and elevator access if applicable.
We’ll coordinate directly with your venue to finalize logistics.

Most events run 3–4 hours of active gaming plus setup and strike on either side. We can scale up or down to match your agenda.
Holiday season dates sell out early. For November–January, we recommend 8–24 weeks in advance. For other months, 4–8 weeks is usually great. Need it sooner? Ask—we often accommodate rush bookings.
Professional casino tables, chips, accessories, dealers, event manager, delivery, setup, and strike. Options: extended hours, premium décor, LED lighting, photo booths, DJs/MCs, branding, step-and-repeat, and prize support.
Yes. Popular options include raffles (players trade chips for tickets), tiered prize drawings, or sponsor-branded giveaways. We can manage prize tables and announcements.
Yes—we carry full liability insurance and can provide a COI naming your venue/event as additionally insured upon request.
Absolutely—our dealers are great teachers and keep things upbeat and appropriate. (Still no real-money wagering.)
We do outdoor setups with weather plans. We’ll discuss tenting, level ground, power, and wind/rain contingencies to protect games and keep guests comfortable.
Yes—charity casino nights are a specialty. We’ll help you structure ticketing, sponsorships, chip-to-raffle conversions, and program pacing to maximize guest engagement and donations while staying compliant.
Yes—custom table signage, fun money/chips, branded prize tickets, themed décor (classic Vegas, Monte Carlo, Gatsby), LED lighting packages, photo ops, and step-and-repeat backdrops.
